Your role
We are looking for a talent specialist to:
- develop and run the Graduate Talent program across all divisions
- partner with HR colleagues, business program managers and senior management to translate business needs into effective learning programs
- create and maintain customized course curriculum and content, developing innovative ways to continuously develop our graduates, products and process and, utilizing technology in new ways to serve our clients
- on-site/ virtual and day-to-day management of training programs including interface with speakers, participants and vendors
- responsible for capturing and evaluating course feedback and quality management, achieving the GTP Delivery related target key performance indicators
- responsible for managing day-to-day budget for business specific and business owned budgets, including definition of original program budget, invoice processing and regular actual vs planned budget reviews
- promote talent development through proactive engagement with employees
- facilitate GTP Core curriculum and business-specific training
- engage in ongoing review of talent strategy and improvement

Your expertise
- ideally 5 years of experience working in learning, and/or talent management
- people’s person with great stakeholder management skills
- hands-on involvement identifying capability gaps and devising talent strategies
- know-how to continuously evaluate talent and learning programs
- effective organizational, presentation and facilitation skills
- strategic partner to team members
- bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent in human resources is a plus
- English proficiency and, any other language is a plus
