What is my role as Chef de Partie?
The Chef de Partie runs a section in the ground floor kitchen, training staff members and managing their ordering and stock, while developing further their knowledge and experience. We are offering this opportunity in a quality environment respecting employees and plan your development with us. Chefs with at least 2 years of kitchen experience who want to join a professional high-quality kitchen and develop their knowledge and creative talent are welcome.
Our kitchen menus are designed by Masterchef Pierre Gagnaire and Executive Chef Frederic Don and has a French inspired European style.
The Ground Floor kitchen operates the Parlour Café, Glade Restaurant and Gallery afternoon tea and dinner menu, there are many elements to learn in each room. all menus are available on our website
