Finance Manager

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000

Location: Hybrid working with circa 2 days in the Basingstoke office

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Manager to work within a small, friendly and professional finance team.Your role will include month-end reporting, forecasting, business planning/partnering, managing a small finance team and management reporting.

Your role will include:

• Manage a small finance team, providing coaching, and support.
• Support the overall management of the finance function, including financial operations, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage the month-end reporting process.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor financial performance against forecasts and identify areas of risk
• Contribute to the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Creation of management reports

Applicants should have the following skills/experience:

• You will hold a recognized accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience in financial forecasting
• Strong stakeholder engagement experience
• Experience using SAP or other relevant systems for financial management and reporting.
• Good understanding of financial reporting principles, including the ability to prepare financial statements
• Experience in managing cash flow, working capital, and maintaining a healthy balance sheet.
• Experience managing and coaching people

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
