Junior Systems Support Administrator
Salary £22,000
37 Hours per week
Norse Group have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Systems Support Administrator to join our Groups HR Department based at our Head Office in Norwich.
This role is being offered on a full time, permanent contract working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role:
Project One has been established to achieve the transformation of the support services functions at Norse. The transformation has elements of technology, process, data, and people change.
As the Junior Systems Support Administrator you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of administration duties supporting the implementation and delivery of our new system as part of the Project One development. Your day to day duties will include;
- Provide an effective support service to all AccessHR Users that results in the management and resolution of their service requests
- Provide a mixture of administration support to the team where required
- Manage the escalation of support cases to the support desk
- Attend project workshops to gain new knowledge and overview of the HR and Payroll systems
- Support the delivery of training and development throughout the projects process
Our Successful Candidate:
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Has the ability to work effectively, meeting deadlines, within a fast paced environment
- Ability to analyse data to support the improvement of the employee system experience
- Ideally have proven experience within a similar HR/Payroll systems administration role
- ideally have previous experience of working in a project environment
