Job description
Helix Robotics Solutions Ltd currently has a vacancy for a Junior Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Team at Helix House, Dyce. This is a permanent position and creates an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to start a career in Supply Chain.
This role provides support to the Supply Chain team with main duties including:
· Sourcing and Procuring goods/services for system requirements
· Raising material requisitions
· Inspecting and receipting deliveries using the electronic purchasing system
· Packing deliveries and completing manifests for items to be dispatched
· Ensuring all goods are stored correctly
· Filing and archiving documents
Experience/Skills required:
· Educated to National 5 Level (or equivalent)
· Good IT skills and experience of using MS Excel, MS Word & MS Outlook
· Excellent interpersonal, numerical and organisational skills.
