Job description
We are looking for a charming and determined professional to lead the Breakfast team at Macdonald Bath spa hotel, Bath, Service charge is payable on top of salary.
You will be given autonomy to build and lead your team, and as such, the right person will be someone whose priority is always people, whether it's guests or colleagues, and who understands that people are the key to success. As Breakfast Manager, you will:
- Ensure that all guests have an exceptional experience
- Take care of a team of people
- Take on the responsibility that comes with being a vital part of the Hotel Management Team
- Lead and organise your team
- Teach and maintain high standards in a positive and collaborative manner
- Make people happy
- Take ownership of your department
- Maintain all relevant KPIs
This is not an easy role to enter and is suitable for someone who wants the opportunity to achieve and build something to be proud of.
The role will involve working weekends due to the nature of the operation. There will be opportunities for the right person to develop and progress within the business, whether taking the step up to F&B Manager or learning more about different aspects of your profession.
Salary:
£30.000 per annum. it will be a minimum of 45 hour contract
