Bartender
Opening in Spring 2023, Midland Grand Dining Room is a landmark institution in the making and is set to be the most exciting new opening of the year. Located in the iconic St Pancras building and heralding the gateway to Europe, it will be a showcase of exceptional food, incredible wine and true hospitality.
As a Bartender in one of London's most beautiful bars, you will have a vital role in entertaining our guests in a stunning environment, surrounded by colleagues who beam with talent, professionalism and ambition. Spanning a striking bar, large dining room, a beautiful Private Dining Room, exciting Chef’s Table experience and stunning terrace, Midland Grand is the ultimate opportunity for a Head Bartender looking to progress their career and hone their skills of managing an incredible drinks programme.
Following the success of the legendary Chiltern Firehouse and beautiful Allegra, this is the latest collaboration between London property developer, Harry Handelsman and Irish chef, Patrick Powell.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Bartender. Under the direction of the Bar Management Team, you will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of bar operations and beverage offering. You will be required to deliver an exceptionally high quality of product and service and fully responsible for upholding the creative direction of the cocktail menu within Midland Grand Dining Room and Bar

We are looking for…
· Experience in a similar role
· The ability to prepare and serve drinks to guests with high standards at all times, filling the bar with presence and personality
· A maintenance of positive interactions while accurately mixing / serving beverages to guests
· An understanding of basic mixology to create classics and bespoke drinks in accordance with guest needs and expectations
· Fanatical focus on quality and consistency in all areas, food and beverage quality, ingredients, guest service, cleanliness, etc

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
