The Roseate Hotel Edinburgh, (previously The Dunstane House Hotel,) have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Junior Sous Chef looking to work in our stunning 5* property. Working directly with the Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to progress and develiop you career in our recently rebranded Hotel.

The ideal candidate-
- Confidence to deputise for the head chef
- Experience with ordering, health and safety, stock control
- Ability to run all sections of the kitchen
- Background in a fine dining hotel or restaurant preferred
