If you are successful as well as helping with the line management of admin staff within the service, including undertaking appraisals, team meetings etc., you will also be involved with ensuring that outpatient and inpatient theatre lists are fully utilised.
You will also get the opportunity to lead on individual projects and participate in service improvements, including providing analysis on data, information and liaising with other staff across the directorate and wider Trust.
