Junior Scrum Master
Location: London The Speechmark / Blended*
Hours: 37.5 Monday - Friday

What will you be doing?
We're looking for a talented, energetic and fun Junior Scrum Master to join our team, someone with a broad range of experiences and a passion for modern development technologies and practices.
As a Junior Scrum Master you'll develop and lead high-performing, multi-discipline teams, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive to succeed.

You'll be responsible for:
You will challenge and improve the operation of the team, driving their performance and capability to succeed- You will embed operating models that value ownership, responsiveness, predictability and transparency
- You will mentor and execute Agile, Lean, and Continuous Delivery best practices, embedding DevOps behaviours and principles driving a model of continuous delivery
- You will ensuring the path is clear for your team, removing blockers, facilitating discussions, enabling seamless communications and working with the Product Owner to clarify the product backlog ahead

You will ensure your teams drive their deliveries with quality, innovation and automation at the heart.
Who are we looking for?
You will have prior experience of being a Scrum Master with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework- You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- You will be an individual who is passionate and has a ‘can do’ attitude
- You will have or are in the process of completing Scrum Master certification – PSM1 or CSM
