Are you an experienced Document Specialist looking for a new challenge?
We are looking for a part-time Document Specialist to join our Document Production team in Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow. We are also open to UK-wide applications. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm. The working hours are Monday - Friday, either 9.30 am - 2.30 pm or 10 am - 3 pm.
The successful candidate will type, amend and format all client correspondence and legal documents to a high level. You will ensure all work complies with the house style or relevant industry style. Other responsibilities include checking work to ensure accuracy, formatting and presentation are maintained, completing work in the correct order in accordance with priority and working closely with other team members.
The successful candidate should have previous experience working in a similar position, have experience working with PDF documents and have advanced knowledge of MS office packages. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to work remotely.
