We are looking for a driven and confident person who can actively participate in the Groups' marketing activities and growth by taking responsibility for all our brands' internal marketing.
To achieve the company's growth goals, you will directly work with the sales team, leveraging both online and offline communications, and assist with the creation of sales literature to reach and engage our key target audiences.
Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our internal marketing channels. This role will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies.
Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in digital marketing and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role may change as time moves on and can be different on any given day. You will mainly be responsible for:
- Working with the sales and marketing team in developing the Group's sales and marketing strategies on an annual and monthly basis
- Work closely with the Group Senior Partnership Engagement Manager to deliver all the Group's marketing activities
- Develop and manage all five of our brands' social media channels, including collaborating with our internal teams to brief, execute, and create engaging content
- Briefing in a range of technical content to our content team
- Support the team with administration duties including upkeep of internal systems, booking accommodation and transport, and organising our quarterly staff socials
- Maintain upkeep of all brands' websites on WordPress and SquareSpace
- Create monthly website, social media and email engagement/ performance reports for all brands and present to the team on a monthly basis
- Support with the set up all events – online and in person
Qualifications
Any degree or qualification will be considered, for Halston Group it’s more about the right person rather than the qualification.
Working hours
The role will be both office and remote based. We do require staff to be in the office Monday and Friday.
The hours are 09:00am – 17.30pm Monday to Thursday and 09:00am – 17:00pm on Friday.
It may be necessary to work longer hours to accommodate lengthy meetings or attend events.
