THE ROLE OF SENIOR SALES MANAGER:*
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Be responsible for the Middle East and Diplomatic revenue producing market
- Work closely with the Distribution Manager to ensure that rates are correctly loaded and all promotions are displayed correctly.
- Direct ownership and delivery of the Middle East Market as a key territory/market.
- Ongoing market trend analysis to understand the evolving London landscape and any forces that may affect the strategic direction of accounts and be able to shape an appropriate resolution.
- Evaluating, soliciting, selling and confirming business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
- Manage several local accounts – connected to the Middle East which will include Embassy
- Developing a full, measurable account strategy plans for top accounts 30/60/90 action plans for all key accounts and key prospect accounts.
- Schedule and plan all sales trips in accordance with the planned budget and that post trip sales reports are completed and issued no later than one week upon return of trip
- Ensure the Middle East market is aware of the key holiday periods in advance in order that the property can price correctly based on anticipated demand
- Flexible to different working patterns especially during high season in welcoming clients and families liaising closely with Front Office.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as a strong leader who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- At least 3 years industry experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work and present within a large team.
- Good demonstrable understanding of all market segments.
- Ability to work across several projects at one time.
- A good eye for detail and customer focused.
- Extensive experience of managing the Middle East territory, demonstrating good traction and conversion of leads to revenue to hit/exceed targets.
- Previous use of Opera and Delphi systems is an advance.
