This three-year programme will allow you to hone your skills across all departments of our business, including finance, sales, human resources, marketing, operations and in an engineering capacity.
By providing you with opportunities to work in each division, we anticipate that your experiences will help shape the direction of your career and thus a preferred path for you to proceed within the Andrews Sykes Group.
As a nationwide business, it is likely that our graduate positions will involve a lot of travelling – so a full UK driving licence is a must!
You will therefore be provided with a company vehicle, in addition to an attractive salary and a tailored personal development plan.
Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must be flexible and prepared to stay away from home during some working weeks. When this is required, the company will, of course, cover the cost of accommodation and any travel expenses incurred.
Our graduate programme is designed to bridge the gap between university education and full-time work, and we are very keen to provide you with as broad a range of experiences as possible while you embark on the formative years of your career.

The correct candidate will be educated to a 2:2-degree level; preferably in business/management/finance. Strong interpersonal and a real desire to learn, develop and understand multiple disciplines with a goal to set out a career path. Flexibility is key, with the ability to travel extensively and stay away from home regularly at short notice.
