What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting career development opportunity. As Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for supporting the management of the branch, delivering against targets including customer & community, growth, risk, people and transformation. The role will suit a high-reaching and motivated individual who is looking to work in a professional, dynamic and fast paced environment.

As a key member of the Consumer Banking NI Management Team you will support the Branch Manager to deliver on our purpose, values and strategic priorities.

In this role you will:

  • Provide a highly professional, friendly and best in class service to our business and personal customers.
  • Your role will be supporting the Manager in ensuring the Branch operates in a compliant, efficient and customer focused manner.
  • Coach, advise and offer advice on operational issues, adopting and promoting digital at all times.
  • Lead the team in adhering to all compliance and security procedures.
