gasworld is a global media and events company that focuses on the industrial/technical gases sector – including oxygen, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen and carbon dioxide. Through its publication H2 View it also covers the fast developing Hydrogen Economy.
The Business Intelligence department provides important and unique market information and insights, to a range of industrial gas companies, equipment suppliers and financial institutions around the world and is currently researching and developing models to replicate this for the Hydrogen Economy.
We are looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team. The successful candidate will take part in the market research, maintenance and production of market reports, update models and databases with particular emphasis on the global Hydrogen markets.

Main responsibilities
The successful candidate will support the operations of the business through industry research, data analysis and reporting thereon. You will be responsible for assisting the Business Intelligence Manager in a number of tasks that support the research activities.
- Through research, develop a strong understanding of the hydrogen supply chain and those companies that supply it.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Company’s Hydrogen industry database.
- Prepare reports based on data collected from research and other methods.
- Assist the Business Intelligence team with ad hoc research projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations and demonstrations to potential clients as well as assisting in preparing data for conferences and virtual events.

Experience would be beneficial and is preferred but is not essential. H2 View is, however, looking for the following skills from candidates:
- Strong IT skills, knowledge of PowerBI would be helpful!
