Overview of role:
Position: Support Worker.
Salary: £10.00 per hour paid weekly
Hours:
- Flexible agency work and block bookings available
- Shifts: Flexible pattern available, pick and choose the shifts you want every week
Contract: Zero Hour with paid annual leave
Location: we cover, Cardiff, Newport, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Ebbw Vale, Vale of Glamorgan, Swansea and further afield

The role:
- Provide the highest quality of Support, ensuring every individual can achieve and exceed their personal outcomes.
- Promote individuals' independence by supporting with a wide range of educational, social, and work-based activities in line with personal plans both within the service and in the community.
- Provide assistance and support with personal care and domestic tasks as and when necessary.
- Work Collaboratively with individuals, families, and external partner organisations to ensure that support is personalised to meet individual needs.
- Proactively safeguard and protect the individuals and ensure the safety and well-being of all the individuals we support.

- Individuals with mental health support needs.
- Residential support services.
- School and college care & support provisions.
- Domiciliary care & support.
- Care & support for individuals in temporary housing.
- Adult residential settings.
- Outreach service.
- Transport service.
Qualifications and knowledge:
- QCF level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is desirable but not essential.
- Experience would be advantageous.
- Experience with Dementia, Nursing, Elderly Care, challenging behaviour, residential, NHS, ambulance service, SEN schools and Mental Health would be an advantage.
