Job description

We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years experience in project management. They should have some experience with resource management, preferably working within an agency environment or SEO. Ideally with experience reporting on project progress and experience using Asana or similar platforms.

Paying from £30,000 to £36,000 per year (DOE)

About you

You will have the ability to work alongside SEO managers to provide structure and framework for successful completion of SEO strategy projects as well as oversight of BAU activities and resources within the team. You will also have the ability to implement and report on short-term operational projects within the business, reporting on progress to the Lead Project Manager and other key stakeholders. Producing and maintaining relevant project documentation.

Essential experience and skills required are:

  • Managing projects
  • Creating and maintaining project documentation including RAID logs, change logs, timelines.
  • Reporting on project progress to key stakeholders in the business
  • Experience using Asana or similar software
  • Knowledge of waterfall and agile project management frameworks

Desirable experience and skills are:

  • Experience of working in the SEO or Agency sector
  • Experience using reporting and analytical tools
  • Experience of working collaboratively as part of an international, multidisciplinary team
  • Able to work effectively across multiple teams, with the ability to generate credibility and respect at all levels
