Project Manager – Share Buy Programme
This is an excellent opportunity with Projecting Group working directly with one of our global financial services clients.
We are currently recruiting for a Project manager, working as a consultant for the implementation of Share Buy Back Programme.
Main tasks will be:
- Delivery of the programme as a product to offer to clients.
- Stakeholder management (internal Trading, Sales, Legal, Tax, regulatory reporting, compliance, and IT teams).
- Analysis of all Tax implications
- Identification of all necessary reporting to the Market, Regulators, and clients in each jurisdiction
- Implementation of BAU process activities that need to take place for the successful operation in Share Buy Back deals.
Requirements
- Understanding of Share Buy Back programmes is essential.
- Experience of project management with investment banking.
- Business process analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills.
Location: London. Madrid. Málaga.
Work model: Remote/Hybrid
Salary: Competitive salary depending on experience
Contract Type: Contract Inside IR35
