We are seeking a motivated, creative Junior Project Manager to join our Programme Management Office on a permanent basis.
You will be part of a team delivering change and transformation across the Group across a range of disciplines including systems, business reviews and organisational change. This will be a challenging role where you can build on a significant level of experience working in a PMO and develop and refine your Project Management capabilities.
This is an important role in which you will:
- Effectively manage delivery of medium scale projects across a range of disciplines
- support Project Managers and the business in delivery of complex change
- support effective project and programme governance and business process reviews
To be successful in this role you will:
- have experience of working as part of a Programme Management Office
- have experience of delivering projects
- have a proven track record in successfully responding to customer needs
- be able to adapt and flexible in your approach
- communicate with others at all levels throughout project lifecycles.
