Your mission? Establish and maintain lasting relationships with stakeholders and ensure that projects are managed to the EPIC standards of Swift. You'll be at the forefront of the British staycation revolution, contributing to the growing popularity of this exciting industry.


As a Junior Project Manager, you'll provide invaluable back-office support across a wide range of core services and processes. From financial management to planning coordination, reporting to change management, you'll be involved in every aspect of project management. Your role will also include communication and PMO administration, ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflows.


What a typical day looks like as a Junior Project Manager at Swift:


  • Prepare, maintain, and issue project documentation (plans, meeting minutes, updates, etc.)
  • Effectively manage, control, and maintain the Risk Register and High Impact Change Register
  • Develop engaging presentations for the Steering Group
  • Be a vital part of the Change Management team, driving positive transformations
  • Collate and analyse data to develop compelling presentations
  • Manage project management communications internally, fostering effective teamwork
  • Oversee quality requirements for the project, ensuring excellence in every aspect
