Job description
innocent started with a simple mission: to make drinks that make it easy to do yourself some good. In 1999 we concocted a few smoothies in our kitchen and tested them on people at a music festival; today we’re blending every type of fruit & veg under the sun and selling drinks right across Europe. We have great ambitions: to show the world that you can build a successful business that cares about more than just profit, and to leave things better than we find them. We’re proud to call ourselves Europe’s favourite little healthy drinks company, but we’re still growing. And that means we need more brilliant people who share our ambition, to join in with the next, most exciting, part of our story.
To support us in this journey we are looking for a junior project manager to join Business Operations, supporting the ongoing projects helping us deliver our roadmap to ensure technology is part of innocent’s culture and that we make it easy for our people to work smart.
With so much to deliver throughout the global business you will be required to work across a range of business functions. You’ll be responsible for driving activities to ensure detailed plans and milestones are in place, quality deliverables are met on time, while ensuring this is all in line with the overarching programme plan and governance framework. You’ll ensure each of your projects follow standard project management best practise such as, RAID Management, progress reporting, design governance and change control.
Working within a cross-functional team of internal subject matter experts, our technology team and external partners, you’ll manage the full project life cycle. As a Junior project manager, you’ll report to senior business stakeholders and work closely with 3rd party partners to ensure the solutions are delivered to specification, quality and in line with the project objectives.
- plenty of examples of full end to end project or work package delivery, focusing on technology implementation projects.
- project management skills – you’ll know all about planning, RAID management, change control, reporting and maybe you’ll even have a certification like Prince2 or AgilePM.
- the people side – able to work collaboratively while ensuring the team are accountable for meeting those critical milestones. Those stakeholders will be able to count on you too.
- It would really be the icing on the cake if you have experience working with SaaS, Microsoft cloud platforms or Dynamics
- The chance to be a driving force behind some of the exciting projects the business operations team are working on, to setup innocent for future success. Building on the foundations of recently implemented projects, such as The Blender and Simplicity Revolution, to transform the business over the coming years.
- You’ll also get amazing learning and development support. Discovering more about the world of projects and project management and how we use it to deliver fundamental change across the business.
- Experience across our whole business, developing a wide breadth of understanding on how we operate across different teams and countries.
If you think you have everything we're looking for and more, then we'd love to hear from you.
You'll need to get your skates on though, as applications close soon
