I am currently recruiting for a junior project manager for a regional contractor client of mine in St. Albans to join the business on a temp to perm basis.
The successful candidate will join on a temporary basis, and once the client and the candidate are both on the same page, a permanent contract will be generated.
The successful project manager will initially oversee and co-ordinate snagging and defects at 4 hospitals with a view to look at their new upcoming projects, which would be working on behalf of the end client, dealing with their CT rooms, scanning rooms and new suites.
The candidate would need to fit the below criteria:
Within easy reach of the office based in St. Albans, Hertfordshire.
Background in construction and experienced with fit out and mechanical and electrical.
Have a background in engineering, degree or equivalent.
Familiar with H&S, strong attention to detail.
The company itself is a family run business, so a large part of the role will be how you fit in with the team, so candidates that are personable would suit the role well.
Candidate will need to be prepared to carry out project admin, accurate logging of documents.
