Job Overview
To ensure timely delivery of Connex One software products and modules in accordance with customer contractual requirements in a fast paced and innovative environment
- Project Manager
- Continuous and direct contact with new and existing clients
- Regular updates and meetings with internal stakeholders
- Reports to Global Head of Project Management
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
- Managing small to medium sized projects
- Analyse and document initial scope of project via Statement of Work
- Assign owners and responsibilities across tasks
- Highlight risks & assumptions throughout the project
- Define clear project objectives with clients and colleagues
- Ensure key success criteria is detailed for each client rollout
- Compile project plan tasks and dates
- Monitor and ensure efficient, timely project delivery to a high standard
Internal Drive & Communication
- Strong communication is key to this role
- Ensure all relevant risks and issues are communicated correctly against PMO process
- Excellent organisation and maintenance of project documentation
- Internal reporting and updates on customer progress
- Supporting colleagues with ad hoc requests
Client Support & Communication
- All project deliverables must meet customer expectations
- Communicate project plans and documentation to all relevant parties
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients
- Supporting clients with ad hoc requests
- Effective prioritisation and meeting deadlines
- Proactive, customer focused attitude
Competencies and Qualifications
- Preferably degree level
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Outstanding organisational and prioritisation skills
- Experience working to Prince2 / Agile methodologies and project management principles
- Proactive, can-do attitude in a lively team environment
- Knowledge of Trello and Zendesk is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
