Drive the effectiveness of our behavioural assessments that provide automated online screening for job applicants per year. You will develop a detailed understanding of our assessment practices and of the behavioural algorithms driving the tool’s effectiveness.
-
Be the subject matter expert for our satisfaction surveys, bringing the voice of our candidates and customers to our decision making, in an automated & practical way. You will measure the quality of our recruitment process, turning data into digestible insights and enabling targeted improvements to increase Diageo’s reputation as a company to apply with.

Lead on the strengths-based assessments framework for our graduate assessment centres; leading the process design and ensuring optimal usage globally, in order to deliver quality graduate talent into our business.
Requirements:

An experienced recruitment or HR professional, with a good understanding of the component parts of recruiting and the capability to understand and manage complex recruitment and assessment tools.

Enthusiasm for technology solutions and experience of leading operational processes in recruiting.
-
Operational rigour, with a drive for results and a continuous improvement mentality - always evaluating processes to identify areas for enhancement

We know that for our business to thrive and for Diageo to realize its ambition, we depend on having diverse talent with a range of backgrounds, skills and capabilities in each of the 180 countries in which we operate and to reflect our broad consumer base.
