Atlas of London are giving the opportunity to join our exciting team! Atlas of London are the logistics partner for high-end furniture brands and interior designers across the UK. No experience is required but the right attitude is!

The role entails managing key Interior Deisgner accounts as part of our Interior Design consolidation and Installation Service – building relationships, ensuring administration is up to date, Analysis of upcoming project requirements, anticipating potential problems and solving them ahead of time, communicating with customers and clients as well as cultivating relations internally and externally.

The role entails:

· Contacting and overseeing major installtion projects for luxury installations

· Handling customer service issues relating to your account

· Working closely with your assigned clients to encourage growth

· Overseeing all admin relating to your clients and nurturing the relationship

Skills and Qualifications:

The most important attributes we look for are presentable, elouqient, positivity, confidence and motivation. We are searching for individuals that relish variety and the occasional challenge.

  • Excellent communication skills – being able to communicate with a variety of people from a variety of backgrounds is imperative.
  • Strong multi-task skills – working within a variety of systems and being able to prioritise quickly.
  • Organisational skills – being able to keep track of multiple issues and creating a system to effectively deal with these, being adaptable to new ways of working, a keen eye for detail, problem solving skills and being able to spot errors are all key to excel in this role.
  • The ability to work with a variety of teams – you will be liaising with clients, customers, logistical partners, warehousing and teams on the ground.
  • Reliability – we are a logistics company and so being reliable and punctual is very important to us
  • Confidence and responsibility – you completely oversee a portion of the business that is currently going through a high-growth phase.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office.
