HR / Recruitment Assistant – Immediate start
Prior HR/recruitment administration experience in a busy environment is essential for this two-to-three-month contract position with one of the worlds leading financial markets organisations. The client is happy to consider candidates looking to work in their luxury City of London offices or to work remotely.
Duties
Work with managers/interviewers and candidates to arrange interview schedules
Track candidates and roles
Receive internal feedback after interviews
Initiate background screening for all candidates, liaise with screeners to ensure process is complete
Processing paperwork e.g. staff joining benefits schemes, wellness subsidy etc
Assist coordination of ad hoc projects
Manning the HR inbox and escalating as necessary
Forwarding invoices onto accounts
Draft employee letters e.g. references, pass probation letters, role change etc.
Ad hoc admin including Visa/ Immigration coordination
