Job description
Your Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and report on fuel usage
- Distribution of vehicle maintenance schedule documents on our new EAMS system
- Upkeep of personal employment records while observing GDPR protocols
- Completion and relaying of working hours and wages information
- Produce letters, memorandums, and safety bulletins
- Updating service, cleaning and KPI information
- Compile, send and receive emails to Company and outside parties
Training and Qualifications:
- Work competently with spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel (test at interview)
- Work competently with Microsoft Word (test at interview)
- Ability to work with computer database software packages, electronic and paper filing systems

Hours of work:
- 5 days Monday to Friday
- 38 hours per week with a view to increase if required
- Typically 8am start (to be discussed at interview)
