THE GIG
Supporting the team to maximise availability and sales across the DTC channels for EMEA.
Trading and seasonal planning for key product categories. Helping in the training and development of junior members of the team.
THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART
- Share responsibility for pulling together and presenting weekly trade, ensuring integrity of data.
- Responsible for seasonal planning of key product categories. Forecasting sales by product and buy plans by region and channel. Presenting in seasonal sign off meetings.
- Responsible for reforecasting products on sized line cards.
- Ensuring monthly reordering of carryover product using line cards and balance back sheets inline with buying calendar.
- Working closely with the S&D team to track intake into UK and EU DC’s as well as managing inventory across multiple UK warehouses to ensure timely launches and good availability.
- Support the team in the management of Ecomm stock allocations, cover and availability
- Lead the markdown and sale process with support from the SPM. Including liaising with the Regional's & Ecom to align on dates, collating product lists, setting prices, overseeing stock moves and sharing information with key stakeholders and the wider company.
- Support when needed on the categories managed by the Senior Product Merchandiser and Product Merchandiser.
- Support on ad hoc analysis and projects where necessary
- Support team development by line managing 1 Product admin assistant to deliver best in class practices.

- Currently working within a similar role or experienced Assistant Merchandiser ready for the next step
- Experience of working with a high mix of continuity and multi SKU products
- Commercial and independent thinker
- Advanced level of excel
- Excellent organizational skills & the ability to prioritise workload
- Great communication skills, confident in building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
