Junior/Trainee Personal Assistant – Guy Carpenter - London
Here at Guy Carpenter in London, we have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us as a Junior/Trainee Personal Assistant. The role is based in our busy Aviation and Aerospace Specialty department and will be supporting a large team.
As an organised, proactive, and responsive individual, your initial role will be to assist the Snr EA’s with organising the wider teams travel arrangements, calendar management, room booking, expense tracking, document preparation and correspondence. You will also provide additional ad-hoc administrative support using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and will need to ensure all documents produced adhere to established standards.
Full training will be provided.
This is a great role for either a recent school leaver looking to get into an office based administrative role or perhaps an experienced administrator looking to progress into a PA role to gain invaluable experience within a large corporate employer.

We will rely on you to:
- Provide an effective and responsive administrative service to the Team
- Assist with coordinating and arranging business travel including meeting itineraries, room bookings, flights and accommodation
- Liaise with internal and external colleagues and clients
- Reconcile expense claims and credit card statements
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as and when required
What you need to have:
- Ability to plan and organise self and others
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English language skills essential
- Approachable & sociable personality
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships
