Job description
Heart and Vascular Care, PA is a cardiovascular practice specializing in cardiac and peripheral vascular care. Our practice has five locations across Central Florida with three providers. We are a fast-paced and growing practice with a supporting team looking for a qualified medical assistant for our Kissimmee location. The ideal candidate must have experience in a healthcare environment. This position is responsible for back-office duties, including but not limited to:
- Rooming patients
- Obtaining vital signs, medical history
- Maintaining patient records
- Administrative tasks to support clinic, i.e. photocopying, faxing, obtaining records
- Answering phone calls
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning up after treatment rooms
- Maintains patient confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth patient experience
Medical Assistant Qualifications:
- Multi-tasking
- Medical terminology

- Verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
