Junior Personal Assistant
Salary: up to £11p/h depending on experience
Hours: full time 37.5 hours per week (5 days) flexible Monday – Sunday

The Role
We are currently looking for a Junior personal Assistant to our Managing Director based in Leicester. No experience necessary. You will be responsible for a mix of personal and business support involving assisting in the running of a high end sports fashion store along with personal tasks and errand running. The ideal candidate would be confident, organised and have a good base of knowledge on fashion and social media. This is a part time position (although full time would be considered for the right candidate) with flexibility required on days worked to assist at weekdays, weekends and early evenings when required.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
- You will be responsible for providing a mix of business and personal support.
- Assisting with all travel, accommodation, events, personal shopping, and errand running
- Manage home/personal life tasks
- Acting as first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries, making reservations, bookings, social events
·Manage Social Media across various online platforms
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
- Managing the MD’s expenses
- Preparing correspondence on behalf of the MD including drafting correspondence
- Establish and develop successful working relationships with all key personnel both internally, with clients and the Company
- Attending and organising networking Events as and when required
- Assisting with sales, stock control and general running of a high end fashion store
- Assisting with the purchasing of stock from vendors across the UK
- Attending and organising marketing events
Key skills
- Full UK Driving licences - Desirable
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information

- Good oral and written communication skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask

Qualifications, knowledge and Experience:
·Excellent written and verbal communications skills with attention to detail
·Ability to prioritise and delegate
·Excellent planning and organisation skills
