Job description
You will be working as a General Manager for a family-owned business with a heritage dating back to 1945. At RoyaleResorts, we pride ourselves on providing holiday accommodation in some of the most beautiful regions of the UK.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the park, ensuring that it is maintained to the highest possible standards, on our family orientated holiday park, Lakeside Holiday Park in Burnham-on-Sea. In addition, you will identify opportunities to expand, promote and develop the business.
To be successful for this role, you will have previous holiday park experience and ensure that Health and Safety is of high importance by maintaining a safe working environment for the team and a safe environment for our guests.
We offer a company pension, life insurance, with a 40-hour working week on a Monday to Sunday rota basis between the hours of 8am and 10pm with an enhanced range of company benefits.
