As a Junior Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing and sales initiatives. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies that will help us achieve our business goals.
The successful individual will have impeccable work ethic and a strong can-do attitude, as you will often be required to think on your feet and navigate through situations as they occur.
What you will learn to manage
- Oversee the day-to-day operations
- Lead and train all new managers
- Work with the retail director in recruiting teams for the stores
- Follow and maintain all health & safety regulations
- Work on strategies to grow sales and push new business
- Work on training and standards bible
- Cost control and managing labour in line with P&L
- Delegate responsibilities while maintaining organisational control of projects, operations and client service delivery improvement
Required skills and qualifications
- Strong skills in project delivery and oversight;
- Are comfortable creating structure out of chaos, in designing processes and frameworks;
- Put a high value on, speed, accuracy and completeness of work;
- Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes;
- Ability to work independently and initiate process improvement
- Conscientious, reliable and diligent
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £25,697.44-£27,205.10 per year
