Senior Immigration and Compliance Adviser
£29,762 - £34,475 per annum, pro rata
About the Role.
If you thrive in a role where process, compliance and policy are key and you love getting stuck into the detail, this is a great opportunity for you to develop your career within our HR Compliance Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team during a significant period of growth and development in our international recruitment.
As a senior adviser, you’ll have significant experience and knowledge in key compliance areas such as DBS, right to work (RTW) and UKVI immigration management e.g., skilled worker and Tier 5 sponsorship. You will be required to operationally manage the compliance teams’ activities determining priorities.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the University you'll ensure that we continue to comply with our duties in relation to sponsoring international staff under the UKVI Points Based System.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a methodical approach to compliance practice, is able to creatively problem solve whilst exercising appropriate judgement and risk management.
