We're on the hunt for a talented junior motion graphics designer with a strong portfolio to join our team and be part of the next chapter in our journey.
The Role
You will help us build on our strong and established reputation for delivering excellent well-thought-out creative solutions to our clients marketing needs. As a Junior Motion Graphics Designer you will work, directly under our Senior Motion Graphics Designer, liaising closely with our clients, other in-house designers and Creative Director to produce high level work for delivery on social media, web and TV.
You will have experience in developing unique and impactful motion graphics that creatively communicate the information to their target audiences. As part of a relatively small team you will be happy to work on all kinds of jobs, big and small, from large campaign projects and high-level brand videos to simple social media assets, as well as designing deliverables within existing brand guidelines. A good level of creative copywriting, general graphic design and illustration capabilities would be beneficial.
This role is shaped for someone who loves what they do and that has a pure passion for their craft with an ambition to develop and learn within a dynamic role.
Skills & Experience
- Adobe After Effects – intermediate animation, VFX and motion graphics
- Adobe Photoshop – basic image manipulation
- Adobe Premiere Pro – basic editing and encoding
- Adobe Illustrator – intermediate design skills (to create assets for videos)
- Experience in 3D is not required but a willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of common audio and video standards and formats
Requirements
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to take instruction and be willing to learn
- You must be comfortable working to deadlines, with a keen attention to time management.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with other designers on large projects
- An enthusiasm to learn and explore the latest design trends and technology.
