About the Person
We are looking for someone with the desire to learn fast and adapt quickly. A person that is dedicated to our clients, and views their own success through the lens of a satisfied customer.
Someone who can understand how our tools can be used to help our clients acquire new customers or slow down the rate at which their current user base churns. If a solution doesn’t exist, the imagination to envisage new ideas that could be built by the product team and then used by the wider network of clients.
We expect a successful candidate to progress quickly, acquiring a grounding in the business helping across the different departments, before eventually finding their niche.
About the role
As an Junior Customer Success Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our valued clients. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and eager to learn and grow in the customer success field.
You will be responsible for first line support, answering and dealing with ad hoc support enquiries and looking at ways to automate or reduce customer support tickets. You will assist in the creation of targeted digital campaigns that work in tandem with our suite of reward driven conversion mechanisms and look to drive engagement in our clients audiences. An aptitude for this role would see you managing accounts, working closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver commercial outcomes.
Your responsibilities will consist of:
- Assisting with the management of live reward programmes
- Planning marketing campaigns for our client rewards programmes
- Writing and enriching content for the platform
- Setting up and deploying client instances
- Generating and analysing reports on user activity
- Answering and dealing with support enquiries
Useful skills
- Experience of using MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Articulate communication, writing and organisational skills
- Numerical and commercial mindset
- The ability to work independently and prioritise well under pressure
- Experience in customer services
- Excellent time management
- Flexible and adaptable
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience of working in a similar environment e.g. Marketing
