We are delighted to offer an enthusiastic and hardworking marketing graduate the chance to join our Marketing and Sustainability department on a minimum 12-month contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.
£25k a year, Full Time, Graduate
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Location: Hybrid Working (Office and Home) flexibility to travel to other locations when required
Overview
Our Marketing team is fundamental in communicating the Brewster Brothers philosophy of being a traditional business adapted for the modern world. Sustainability is at the core of what we do. Operating under the principles of a circular economy and monitoring our impact on the environment.
As junior marketing and sustainability assistant you will support the marketing team in all marketing tasks relevant for the needs of the business.
Key duties and responsibilities of the role includes:
- Carryout relevant research aligning to the marketing campaigns and blog posts, producing content.
- Action SEO updates received from external contractors.
- Carryout any necessary website updates, including images or amendments.
- Attend business senior management team meetings and accurately take minutes and action points. Promptly share minutes and action points with the team.
- Work alongside all departments in producing customer feedback surveys, assist in implementing the surveys and collating responses.
- Case studies - approach potential case studies and collate case study information and pictures.
- Search news and socials for relevant articles and updates to share.
- Identify relevant awards to enter and support the collation of information required.
- Populate marketing data spreadsheets for senior management team meetings and share with the marketing executive for analysis.
- Support cross departmental communication and business share business updates.
- Responsibility for keeping customer records up to date within the CRM system. Researching and updating information when required.
- Carryout general administration including, but not limited to, creating or amending email footers, recording voicemail prompts for business telephone system, update website with image updates and team photos, research and obtain quotes for team days.
- Support the collation of data for sustainability reporting.
- Any other tasks deemed relevant to the role and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as demonstrating strong team work within our marketing team and across all other departments.
