In the role of Brand Manager, you will define product strategy in agreement with local management and global marketing teams, to implement the supporting tactical plans & projects.

You will have the opportunity use innovative science and technology to address some of society’s most challenging healthcare issues as we work together with the system to implement solutions that drive access for UK patients.
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the cross-functional UK brand Team, including the coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.
- Identifies area market insights and opportunity via customer interactions.
- Responsible for execution, monitoring and analysis of the agreed tactical plans in order to ensure the growth of the brand(s).
- Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets.
- Prepare content of Integrated Brand Teams and Launch Teams.
- Run market research programs & market insights for responsible brand and monitor /anticipate market development.
- Lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.

Minimum requirements
- University degree in business or life sciences.
- Experience in marketing positions within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working in the UK market, it is an advantage if within breast cancer, immunology or haematology.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
