As our Junior Marketing Analyst, you'll work directly with our Growth Marketing Manager on acquiring, activating and retaining our customers. You'll be involved in various types of marketing activities, so it's a great option if you're still figuring out your dream career path. We'll gladly help you!

Going into more detail, you’ll:

Create compelling content for all of our channels, including: social media, blog, newsletter, content for our partners, ebooks, and more;
Manage our social media channels, and keep our audience engaged;
Skyrocket your marketing skills thanks to daily contact with top-level marketing experts who support Heroify by creating and evaluating questions;
Edit and revise questions to ensure its compliance with our standards;
Keep up to date with trends and issues related to HR tech and digital marketing;
Wear different hats to help us take advantage of new opportunities that arise;
Manage fast-paced work environment with can-do attitude, and proactively help other co-workers;

You're a perfect match if you:

Have at least 6 months of hands-on experience in digital marketing, ideally in a startup, marketing agency or B2B SaaS;
Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Are fluent in written and spoken English;
Have great writing skills and an eye for what will interest and inspire people;
Are self-motivated and feel comfortable working remotely under minimal supervision;
Understand the basic concepts of digital marketing;
Have a high level of digital, technical and analytical skills.
