Junior Lettings Negotiator Required
Homefinders are currently recruiting for a dynamic and sales-focused trainee Negotiator to join our office in Dalston.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join an extremely successful, reputable, and forward-thinking Independent Estate Agent; we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding quality and specialist services to Landlords since 1988. You will be fully ARLA qualified negotiator once the training is over.

Requirements:
Approachable and friendly, an all-round people person
Punctual, organized, and hardworking
Ideally, knowledge of the local area
Be target driven
Have a polite and confident telephone manner
Full driving license
£18k-£20k basic salary plus generous commission and monthly and yearly bonus, company pool car. On target earning £30K. Uncapped commission.
Core Responsibilities:
Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service.
Answer incoming calls and respond to enquiries.
Organize your day
Arrange and conduct viewings
Negotiate deals with clients and applicants
Canvass for a market appraisal
The successful candidate will be a results-driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry.

Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm Saturdays 10 am to 4 pm, for every Saturday you take a day off
