Established in 2013, RSFD has been representing some of the best performing Hedge Funds around the globe. With clients based in London, New York, Hong Kong, Singapore and the European Union, RSFD is truly multi-jurisdictional.
The company continues to grow exponentially and is now looking to hire two more members to the team.
Job description
This role is a great opportunity for a bright individual looking for an entry-level legal role with plenty of variety and exposure, and wishing to learn more about the hedge fund industry.
The successful candidate will report to Rachel Smoker the company Director. Initial duties will include assisting with contract review, maintaining client term sheets, preparing documentation bundles and general administration.
The role may assist with the negotiation of launch documentation for start-up funds.
We are looking for an organised individual able to help manage the workflow for a busy business and who is keen to have many opportunities to expand their knowledge and develop their career.
Experience in the financial industry or a financial law background is essential for this role. and we are not in a position to offer training contracts. The ideal candidate will have atleast 2 years relevent experience and be able to work in the UK.
Qualifications
Strong academic record including a minimum of a 2:1 class honours degree from a Russell Group University: or a first-class honours degree from another university.
