The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Chief legal Officer, you will be responsible for assisting in all legal, risk and compliance matters in multiple jurisdictions, with particular focus on assisting the business in relation to contractual arrangements with clients, tenders, terms and conditions, disputes, as well as ad hoc property matters.
The role will also include supporting the Chief Legal officer in data protection and health and safety matters, updating precedents, corporate processes, policies, and pro-active and reactive advice on legal matters as well as company secretarial matters and insurance matters.
Skills and Experience:
Ideally you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Legally qualified with an appropriate degree.
- 1+ year post-qualification experience,
- A strong work ethic with the appetite to develop your career.
