We’re looking for a Junior Java Developer to join for the Agency Trading Stream’s Core Platform Crew to:
- Write code for the low latency trading platform that communicates with stock exchanges worldwide
- Build your skillset to patriciate in some of the most challenging technical problems in the tech industry
- Gain a thorough practical knowledge of data structures (trees, lists, maps)
- Learn how to program on the JVM while creating zero garbage
- Progress the platform to be best in class across the industry
Your team
Your expertise
- You will have a basic understanding of computer science topics
- You should be able to program in Java
- Be familiar with Unix or Linux at the command line
- Have a strong desire to learn
- Be able to communicate with your teammates and take on new ideas
- To contribute to the direction of the electronic trading product going forward
