Job Summary:
This Graduate Surveyor is primarily responsible for managing a portfolio of telecom sites and supporting project-related work.
Primary Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Managing and responding to questions on all estate’s matters pertaining to telecoms (existing and new clients), including lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings, audit/inspections, vacant possessions, etc.
- Attend meetings with clients and advise them on issues as needed.
- Compile monthly reporting to show progress of projects and cost summaries.
- Perform general property management responsibilities including rent collection, terminations, access and rights over land, including wayleaves.
- Manage disputes as they arise and elevate to management as needed.
- Assist with other tasks as and when required.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or University
Experience:
- Related experience preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Internet software

Physical Requirements:
- Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 5 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- May be required to carry out audits on rooftop or network rail sites.
