Junior IT Warehouse/Field Engineer

We want to be able to immediately respond to customer demand, embrace trends and apply new technologies whilst still being a reliable and consistent IT partner. That is why we are now looking to expand our team.You do not have to have 10 years of experience to fit our team, the key for us is your drive, enthusiasm and social skills.

You’ll work amongst a professional and highly dedicated team in a friendly, inclusive working environment. Supported and motivated by your colleagues and project leaders, you’ll grow your IT skills to the highest level. And what is more, the harder you work; the happier the customer, then the more you will be rewarded both personally and in your pocket!
- Preparation of HW deliveries (packaging, configuration of PCs, servers and Cisco network devices)
- Work in the warehouse system
- After training, you’ll get the possibility of independent interventions at clients (IT outsourcing) - solving all the requirements ranging from very simple as our printer is not working to designing and replacing the complete network infrastructure
- Taking part in IT projects in the UK as well as larger projects across the Europe

What experience and qualifications do you need?

- Fluent English + any other languages are very beneficial
- Active driver (having valid driving license and willing to drive to our customers when needed)
- Basic knowledge of HW and SW - you like to tinker with computers and solve IT tragedies of your friends
- You are practical, having a logical thought process when it comes to fault finding
- Possesses a basic knowledge of Switches and Routers – internet connectivity
- Experience in fault diagnosis/troubleshooting and fulfilling requests
- Knowledge of Cisco and network infrastructure is an advantage
