Our business has a proven track record of providing excellent service to our customers through our support and we are looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to help us maintain this quality support as we grow.
As a 1stline Service Support Technician you will be expected to respond to 1stlevel enquiries by email and escalate more complex issues to the senior team.
What you’ll do:
· Provide quality support to our customers and resolve 1st level enquiries
· Work with our senior specialist to resolve more complex issues, providing our customers with the assistance they need to implement and support their technology
· Gain experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS and coding logic and build credibility with our customer base with the long term goal of developing yourself within the business
We are looking for:
· Experience in a customer service role
· A good level of computer literacy and previous IT experience
· A good level of written English and communication skills
· A passion for technology
· Experience using WordPress, HTML and CSS preferable but not necessary
· Awareness of coding logic preferable but not necessary

Location and hours:
This role will be predominantly based remotely and whilst you will still get plenty of support, it is important to consider whether this will work for you.
We will initially meet weekly in person, moving to bi-weekly as you become more established in your role. We’re based in Warwick so you’ll need to be able to travel to the area for these meetings.
This role is contracted at 37.5 hours with flexible start and finish times available.
