Job description - Junior IT Support
As a Junior Desktop Support specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure and Cloud services.

You will assist end-users with technical issues, troubleshoot hardware, and software problems, and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient
computing environment.

Job responsibilities - Junior IT Support
  • End-User Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users through phone, email, chat,
    or in-person interactions. Assist with hardware and software issues, troubleshooting, and
    problem resolution.
  • Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other
    hardware devices.
  • Software Support: Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems, productivity software,
    and other applications.
  • Security Compliance: Assist in implementing and enforcing IT security policies and procedures.
  • Remote Support: Provide remote assistance to remote or off-site users, if applicable, to resolve
    technical issues and ensure a seamless user experience.

Job requirements - Junior IT Support
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills (MS- Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Strong focus on detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Azure and concepts (not essential).
  • Basic knowledge of O365 admin (not essential).
  • Email administration.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security.
