- Take end-to-end ownership of IT issues and maintain a transparent relationship with the users by updating them with progress
- Support our new joiner experience by delivering quality IT onboarding programmes while continuously thinking about how we can improve the process to make a better impact.
- Work collaboratively with the Global IT team to ensure workspace at offices are setup and handle issues.
- Provide remote support to users to facilitate home working abilities.
- Be part of a high-performing International IT team, deal with support cases/tickets and changes using the ticketing system.
- Deliver first class IT training to internal users, driving a positive impact across the business.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, managing your own workload.
- Excellent reliability and dependability, trustworthiness, and strong sense of responsibility with regards to handling sensitive and/or confidential information and understanding of how this impacts users and clients.
- Experience of maintaining and troubleshooting Windows based user endpoints.
- Good understanding of Active Directory including group policies and user and device management
- Skilled in using an ITSM application such as JIRA Service Desk.
- Understanding of ITIL framework and PowerShell would be beneficial but not essential.
- An effective communicator both oral and written to enable effective discussion across all levels in the business.
