The department

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior HR Administrator to join our team. This role is a perfect opportunity for someone who is relatively early on in their HR career, or someone with excellent administration skills and is looking for their next step in HR.

You will be assisting with:

  • making the firm the best place to work;
  • the day to day administration of HR documents, processes and generation of reports;
  • organising and booking training courses; co-ordinating with external training providers;
  • recruitment tasks such as posting job adverts, updating and maintaining information within the recruitment system; short-listing CVs, arranging interviews and communicating offers; and
  • other exciting HR projects.

You will ideally have:

  • at least 12 months’ general administration experience in a legal or professional services firm, with some relevant HR experience;
  • a strong interest in developing and progressing within HR;
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of accuracy and good IT skills;
  • the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality;
  • excellent attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
